Return Policy

Products can be returned within 14 days from delivery for a refund or exchange. The original shipping fees won't be refunded.

If contacting us for a return, refund or exchange please include your Order number in your email.

If you would like to return products due to a change of mind, we ask that you cover your return shipping fees.

We cannot accept returned goods that have been opened and used, unless of course they are faulty.

If you believe there is something wrong with your order or products, please contact us, and we will help you to resolve it.

If you have received the incorrect product order, please do not open the sealed package and contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will ensure you get the right product at our cost.

Any refunds granted will be refunded to the same credit card or PayPal account within thirty days.
